Terms of use

1.The service

AsatekUP connects tech talent (developers, data, DevOps, designers) with recruiters, mainly in Madagascar. The platform lets you publish and browse jobs, create a resume, apply, exchange messages and take certifications and technical assessments.

2.Account and sign-in

• —You sign in with your email address and a one-time code, or with Google or LinkedIn.
• —You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for access to your mailbox.
• —An account is personal: do not share it, and tell us about any suspicious use.

3.Candidates' commitments

• —Present an honest resume: real experience, degrees and skills.
• —Take certifications and technical assessments on your own, without outside help; an attempt to cheat may cancel the result.
• —Review the content of a resume imported from a PDF before sharing it. Each account can import one resume.

4.Recruiters' commitments

• —Publish real jobs, for existing positions, with accurate information.
• —Never ask candidates for payment, and only use their data for the recruitment concerned.
• —Respect the confidentiality of applications, assessments and shared salary expectations.
• —Custom technologies created for a job may be added to the AsatekUP catalogue or removed by the administration.

5.Published content

• —You keep ownership of the content you publish (resumes, jobs, messages) and allow AsatekUP to display and process it to provide the service.
• —Fraudulent, discriminatory, offensive, misleading or illegal content is forbidden.
• —Reported jobs and profiles may be reviewed, hidden or removed by the administration.

6.AI assistant

Suggestions from the AI assistant (summary, letter, job post, publication, assessment, resume import) are aids: check them before using them. You remain responsible for what you publish, even when the text was suggested by AI.

7.Plans and promotions

Some features are reserved for paid plans or limited by a quota (candidate contacts, technical assessments, job promotions). Plans and promotions are activated by AsatekUP after validation and paid outside the platform, by invoice. A promotion changes the rank of a job, never whether it is shown.

8.Intellectual property

The AsatekUP brand, website, texts, design and tools belong to AsatekUP. Certificates remain verifiable through their public link and must not be altered or reproduced in a misleading way.

9.Liability

AsatekUP works to keep the service available and reliable, without being able to guarantee it at all times. AsatekUP is not a party to agreements between candidates and recruiters, and guarantees neither the outcome of a recruitment nor the accuracy of information published by users.

10.Suspension and deletion

If these terms are breached, AsatekUP may suspend or delete an account and remove a job or content. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

11.Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Malagasy law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought before any other step. For any question: contact@asatekup.com.

12.Changes

These terms may change as the service evolves. The update date is shown at the top of the page; for significant changes, you will be informed on the platform or by email.
